Experience: 10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction Demonstrated success leading, developing, and scaling high-performing project management teams Project experience across commercial office, healthcare, education, retail, and light industrial sectors Experience with General Construction, Design-Build, and Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) delivery methods Track record of department- or portfolio-level financial oversight, not just individual project delivery.
