The Senior Director, Clinical Operations works collaboratively, within the delegated operational framework established by Clinical Operations Leadership, with all organizational departments involved in the donation process, including, but not limited to Case Development, Family Engagement, Allocation and Placement, Surgical Recovery, Hospital Engagement, Education and Training, Operational Intelligence, Data Science, Quality, Compliance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, and Communications. Maintain effective working relationships with Case Development, Family Engagement, Hospital Services, Donor Center Operations, Allocation and Placement, Recovery Services, Quality, Compliance, Education and Training, Operational Intelligence, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and other organizational functions as required.
