Must be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, dedicated, and well-organized security professional able to work and make decisions independently; Functional experience supporting security disciplines, including document control, visit certifications, personnel security processing, SCI and security processes and procedures; Maintain membership, employees' memberships, and involvement in Industrial Security professional organizations: NCMS, ASIS, ISWG, InfraGard, NDIA, DSAC, OSAC. Function as principal point of contact with US government Security Representatives for the full range of security issues; advises project management of DoW & Federal security regulations and procedures; Implement the company's Security Education Training and Awareness Program & Insider Threat Program, conducting employee indoctrinations, debriefings, FCG and CI required training, foreign travel, cyber security and special access briefings.
