REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in aerospace & defense, propulsion, or regulated manufacturingStrong background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse/inventory operationsDeep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and defense contracting practicesProven ability to negotiate complex agreements and deliver results on cost, schedule, and qualityExperience scaling supply chain organizations during high growth or production rampsExecutive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to travel up to 20%Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:MBA or Master's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical fieldPrevious experience in implementing ERP systems as they relate to supply chain (ex., supplier portal, warehouse management system. Negotiate (with support as needed from the Global Strategic Sourcing team as needed) complex commercial terms with suppliers directly to establish best-in-class pricing, quality, flexibility, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms.
