Support Directors of Reflections and community leaders in maintaining Reflections neighborhoods that are safe, secure, dignified, and aligned with company expectations, including environmental safety, secured-neighborhood practices, elopement-risk awareness, wayfinding, sensory supports, cleanliness, and overall neighborhood readiness. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in memory care, dementia care, senior living, resident experience, healthcare operations, or a related field; multi-site leadership experience preferred.
