Budget & Fiscal Oversight: In collaboration with the COO, CFO, and the Director of Grants Compliance & Quality Assurance, the Project Director will monitor 21st Century site and program budgets, expenditures, available balances, and supporting documentation in accordance with approved budgets, grant requirements, and BGCTX fiscal procedures. · Marketing, Recruitment & Program Visibility: Coordinate with the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement and appropriate staff to support student and family recruitment, promote 21st Century programming, communicate program impact, and strengthen program visibility within participating schools and communities.
