Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Revenue Generation: Develop and lead implementation of the annual fundraising plan in collaboration with the CEO and relevant staff, establishing revenue targets, donor priorities, timelines, and measurable milestones for individual giving, major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, faith-based support, and special events. Volunteer Recruitment & Community Engagement: Oversee the affiliate’s volunteer recruitment and coordination efforts, ensuring volunteer participation supports construction, ReStore operations, special events, and other organizational needs.
