Lead the planning and execution of planned and emergent gas turbine work by defining scopes, critical-path activities, outage durations, labor and resource requirements, tooling, materials, contractor support, site logistics, schedules, cost controls, risk-mitigation plans, and turnover requirements to improve productivity and minimize outage duration. Creates, develops, and leads a new gas turbine field-services organization focused on the safe, high-quality onsite assembly and disassembly of gas turbine units and the execution of open, clean, inspect, repair-support, and close services.
