Reporting administratively to the Chief Ambulatory Physician Executive (CAPE) and professionally to the System Chair/Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Medical Director will collaborate with physician, operational, and executive leaders to advance clinical excellence, patient access, provider engagement, quality outcomes, and operational performance. As Medical Director, OB/GYN, you will serve as the physician leader for ambulatory OB/GYN services across Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to advance clinical excellence, physician engagement, patient access, quality outcomes, and practice performance.
