In addition, this role focuses on performing the following General Facilities, Repair & Maintenance duties: Operates, monitors and maintains, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces facilities mechanical components and systems such as electrical equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and plumbing.
