The dishwasher's primary responsibility is to clean, organize and sanitize all areas of the kitchen, some areas of the theatre, and assist in cleaning the outside loading area to ensure the guest has a clean and safe place to dine. Requires bending, stretching, reaching, squatting, twisting, standing, walking up and down stairs and on flat surfaces, lifting (up to 50 pounds), interacting with guests and employees, problem solving, and cognitive skills.
