Position may require frequent and/or infrequent of bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring. This position ensures all cookware, utensils, dishes, and food preparation equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and available to support café service, large-scale food production, and product development activities.
