The Dispatcher works closely with drivers, operations, safety, maintenance, and customer service to keep freight moving while supporting regulatory compliance, customer commitments, maintain positive driver relationships, and efficient utilization of company resources. This position monitors active loads, Hours of Service requirements, communicates with drivers and customers, responds to delays and operational issues, and maintains accurate shipment and driver information within company systems.
