The Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and managing requests from customers, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, while accurately tracking various shipment pick-ups to their final deliveries. The employee must be able to communicate effectively, including talking and hearing, to interact with customers, drivers, carriers, and team members via phone, radio, and video conferencing.
