Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized Hauling Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule hauling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for dispatching drivers, managing routes, communicating with clients and eld teams, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.   
Responsibilities: ·        Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate job sites or pick-up/drop-of locations ·        Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, text, and dispatch software ·        Monitor driver locations and job status using GPS tracking systems ·        Adjust routes in real time due to delays, weather, or customer changes ·        Maintain accurate records of daily operations, driver logs, and service documentation ·        Ensure compliance with DOT and company regulations ·        Handle service requests, emergencies, and driver issues promptly and professionally ·        Collaborate with eet managers and logistics coordinators for equipment availability     
Qualications: ·        High school diploma or equivalent (required) ·        Prior dispatching experience in hauling, transportation, logistics, or trucking (preferred) ·        Strong knowledge of local and regional geography ·        Procient with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, email) ·        Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills ·        Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure ·        Fluent in English and Spanish (required)   
Schedule: ·        Expected hours 40-45 per week ·        Weekends and nights as needed

We seek a reliable Dispatcher to serve as the communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and remain calm and composed, especially in emergencies. You'll need to multitask and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
