This role is different because Dispatchers at WelbeHealth: Keep drivers, participants, and clinic teams aligned through accurate documentation, real-time updates, and timely communication Coordinate add-ons, cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute changes, all while ensuring a seamless participant experience Take part in a whole-person care experience, coordinating rides that help participants feel supported, respected, and connected to care We care about our team members. Participate in the DMV pull notice and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances programs, pass DOJ/FBI background check, and pass DOT physical exam Must maintain the eligibility to drive under WelbeHealth’s commercial auto insurance program; applicants must generally be at least 25 years of age; candidates ages 23–24 may be considered based on driving history and other underwriting criteria; drivers over age 70 may be required to provide current medical certification.
