The Service Dispatcher will be involved in all scheduling related activities, including coordinating technician assignments, managing timelines, communicating with customers and field personnel, and working with Service Managers to ensure timely completion of dispatching tasks. The HVAC Dispatcher will work directly with the Dispatch Team, the Service Administration Manager, the Service Managers, and other department leaders to ensure the alignment of scheduling, dispatching processes, and operational goals of Dallas Mechanical Group.
