Administer eDiscovery platform, providing end-user support, training, troubleshooting, and workflow assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and legal teams· Maintain clear communication and project files, including file notes, instructions, tracking materials, and correspondence with legal teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Significant hands-on experience with leading e-Discovery platforms, preferably DISCO and/or Relativity, including data processing, ingestion, database administration, searching, quality control, productions, and related litigation-support functions.
