Serve as key business partner to the designated organizations to identify and mitigate legal risk and provide legal and regulatory advice on a broad range of issues affecting the designated organizations including: strategic contracts, corporate transactions, Physical Intelligence and enterprise AI projects, intellectual property, licensing, research projects, commercial and procurement, employment matters, compliance with policies, among others. In supporting these organizations, in addition to the Regional General Counsel, the LRO BP will work in close partnership with ADI’s General Counsel, Head of Intellectual Property (IP) and other LRO experts and functions on all legal matters impacting these organizations.
