The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while building strong partnerships across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Commercial, Quality, EHS, and Technology teams to ensure projects deliver measurable business value. The Director is accountable for establishing project governance, leading portfolio prioritization, managing capital investment planning, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic capital projects that support growth, capacity expansion, productivity improvement, automation, innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
