Analyze business and operational requirements and help translate them into functional and technical solutions + Assist clients in modernizing grid operations through process improvement, technology transformation, and operational excellence initiatives + Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to gather requirements and align business and technology objectives + Develop client deliverables, including assessments, roadmaps, process documentation, business cases, and executive presentations + Identify operational risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation planning throughout project delivery + Collaborate with utility clients, system integrators, and technology vendors to support successful project execution + Leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve operational decision-making and business outcomes + Contribute to internal capability development, knowledge sharing, and practice growth initiatives + Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and project teams while delivering high-quality work products + Support business development activities, proposal efforts, and thought leadership initiatives as opportunities arise + Ability to travel as required to support client engagements.
