Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Unload and load product with carriers • Inspect delivered product in accordance with established quality assurance processes to identify non-conforming product with a high level of accuracy • Receive, accept, repackage, and store delivered conforming product • Identify, research, and seek timely resolutions of material non-conformances in collaboration with stakeholders • Pull, verify product conformity, implement customer contractual requirements, and package product to fill customer orders in accordance with contractual requirements in a timely manner • Assist internal audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and integrity of data • Assist with creation of shipping documents, stage product for carrier pickup, maintain shipping reports, and issue shipment notifications as directed by management • Update and maintain accurate data in system(s) of record. Preferred Requirements: Forklift operator Previous warehouse experience preferred HAZMAT certification or experience preferred Understanding of shipping & receiving, inventory and distribution warehousing practices Familiar with inventory software, systems, and databases Experience operating manual and power pallet jacks, Material wrapping and banding machines Experience in Military (MIL-STD) packaging and labeling requirements Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail with a focus on quality results.
