What you will be responsible for: + Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. + Ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing material/orders to the customer or return of material to the OEMs for repair. + Complete all day-to-day operational requirements as assigned by the Program Manager or Operations Manager. + Develop and manage staffing requirements, implementation plans, and training schedules. + Coordinate with local USG representatives and AAR Procurement to expedite material for requirements. + All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: What you will need to be successful in this role: + Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of ten years related experience as a supervisor. + At least seven years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. + Previous experience in warehousing, handling inventory, and leading a diverse staff. + Ability to obtain a government CAC and a Secret Security Clearance (if necessary).
