About the Role As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting, stowing, and staging products for shipment. You will operate handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory, move products safely throughout the facility, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Your contributions will ensure productivity and quality expectations are met. Partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the VP also champions employee development and ensures the company’s distribution network consistently delivers positive results. Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 8pt">Strategic Marketing and Growth Planning - Lead the development and execution of strategic and operational plans to achieve profit and growth objectives, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and collaboration with underwriting and actuarial teams.
