Provides CQI for Adult and Juvenile Field Services by observing, coaching, training, modeling, and providing ongoing feedback to director, deputy directors, senior managers, intensive supervision officers, and other key stakeholders. Trained in and facilitated any of the following: Motivational Interviewing (MI), Effective Practices in Correctional Settings (EPICS-II), and Effective Case Management, Thinking for a Change (T4C), Aggression Replacement Training (ART), and Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT).
