Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: Utilizing SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Agile Methodology, and Whole Product Thinking to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Financial Services Industry (FSI); Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems utilizing Miro, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Microsoft (MS) Visio, and Power BI; Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress utilizing Jira, Confluence, Airtable, MS SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing SAFe Framework, Empathy Maps, Customer Journey, Miro, MS Visio, Jira, and Confluence; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Jira Query Language (JQL), Dashboards, Plans, and MS Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint; Utilizing Zypher, Postman, SoapUI, and MS SQL Server to support Comprehensive System Testing, API Testing, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions; Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Tableau, Business Process Modeling (BPM), Business Analysis, Miro, Figma, MS Power BI, Visio, and PowerPoint; and.
