Key job responsibilities include reviewing and coding invoices to appropriate cost centers, assisting with self-perform labor metrics tracking and reporting, administering and maintaining temporary facilities such as parking passes and consumables, coordinating with IT for conference room setup and technology needs, arranging travel and accommodations for project team members, processing and administering expense reports, maintaining and publishing the project contact lists and directories, developing and maintaining recurring meetings using provided information, taking and distributing meeting minutes, assisting with document control, which may include submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence, supporting safety, quality, subcontractor, and engineering teams with administrative tasks as needed, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment for the temporary facilities, handling mail, deliveries, and site visitor coordination, and assisting with preparation of project reports and presentations as needed. This is a project-based, hourly position embedded within the project delivery team, working alongside project managers, construction managers, project engineers, superintendents, as well as quality and safety professionals.
