Specialty Areas:GENERAL MAINTENANCEExperience or working knowledge in general building and facility maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical repairs, equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and wastewater treatment systems. These positions require the ability to perform physical maintenance work, including standing and walking for extended periods; climbing stairs and ladders; bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling; and lifting and carrying tools, equipment, and materials.
