This role serves as the central control authority ensuring capital discipline, schedule predictability, accurate forecasting, and commercial assurance across all engineering, procurement, and construction (EPCM/EPC) work packages in support of safe, on-time, and within-budget project delivery. The Superintendent, Project Controls (AGP) is responsible for establishing, leading, and overseeing the total project controls framework incorporating cost engineering, planning and scheduling, estimating, progress measurement, change management, and risk analysis for the Arthur Gold Project.
