This position works in close collaboration with Refrigeration Engineers, Project Managers, Drafting team members, Field Operations, Controls, and Service teams to integrate PSM and quality requirements into project design, planning, execution, and handover-ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery while minimizing risks to personnel, clients, and the environment. Responsibilities: Lead the company's PSM program for construction projects, including development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PSM elements applicable to ammonia refrigeration installations (e.g., Process Hazard Analysis support, Operating Procedures integration, Mechanical Integrity, Hot Work Permits, Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Review, and Compliance Audits).
