OTHER FUNCTIONS: Prescriptive authority will include controlled substance prescriptions for medications as is compliant within the practicing state's codes/regulations - including Indiana Code IC 25-23-1-19, Kentucky Revised Statutes KRS 218A.060-130, under the conditions set forth in KRS 314.042, and Illinois Nurse Practice Act (225 ILCS 65/65-43) and Illinois Controlled Substances Act, as administered through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) include Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) as defined by the Indiana Code 25-23-1-1, Kentucky Revised Statutes 314.011, and Illinois Nurse Practice Act (225 ILCS 65/65-43); and Physician Assistants (PAs) as defined by the Indiana Code 25-27.5,
