As a Configuration Control Specialist, you'll ensure technical documentation, drawings, revisions, and controlled records are accurate, current, approved, and accessible to the appropriate personnel while coordinating with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Program Management, and other stakeholders to communicate changes, clarify requirements, and resolve issues. Effective configuration control prevents the use of outdated documentation, reduces errors and rework, minimizes delays, supports audit readiness, and promotes consistency, accountability, and operational efficiency across the organization.
