Responsibilities Operate high-volume copiers, duplicating machines, document imaging systems, and related software Perform binding, finishing, scanning, and document preparation work Use MS Office, email systems, and document management tools to open, send, retrieve, and manage files Handle incoming/outgoing mail, fax distribution, shipping, and receiving of materials Maintain mail systems, apply postage, and distribute documents and office supplies Monitor copier performance, perform daily quality checks, clear paper jams, and report issues to technicians Maintain service logs, meter readings, inventory records, and basic billing logs Respond to service requests, coordinate support calls, and assist customers with job status queries Deliver completed jobs to designated locations within and between sites Support meeting room setups, office moves, and basic facility support tasks Perform light maintenance, re-lamping, cleaning, filing, purging, and archiving documents Use equipment such as staplers, cutters, bindery machines, scales, shrink-wrap machines, and postage meters Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1 2 years of experience in a related field (copy/print/mailroom operations preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Basic PC skills including MS Office and email usage Ability to operate office and technical equipment Good organizational, filing, and prioritization skills Ability to perform physical work including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 55 lbs Capability to push/pull equipment (up to approx.
