The Agency Operations Specialist is a key member of the centralized Agency Operations team, helping ensure the programs, processes, and day-to-day operations that support Texas Mutual's agency insurance distribution network run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. This role serves as a trusted operational resource across a broad range of agency management activities, including data integrity, compensation and licensing workflows, agency onboarding and segmentation, agency management systems, events, and field support.
