The Civil Drafter / Designer uses CAD tools to produce high-quality civil and pipeline design drawings, supporting engineers, project managers, and senior designers on transmission pipeline routing and related infrastructure projects. The organization functions as a full-service EPCM provider involved in project development consulting, project management, land and right-of-way services, surveys, engineering and design, mapping/GIS, construction management, inspection, and operations and maintenance consulting.
