Candidates should have the ability to design for manufacturability and have a sound understanding of sheet metal manufacturing equipment and process, possess an attention to detail and provide support for other CAD Team members and other departments such as fabrication, sales, and project management. Candidates should be able to interpret architectural drawings, research information, and communicate effectively with customers, project managers, fabricators, and other departments to model simple to complex designs that include straight, curved and/or sloping sheet metal components.
