Develops and provides training in supply chain management tools, including solicitation structures, risk reward analysis, cost-based negotiation skills, supplier management, inventory analysis, inventory investment, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), and contract management. For procurement functions, reviews and analyzes proposals prepared by staff for TCO, impact of multiple alternatives, multiple complex family awards, make versus buy, lease rate factor, and tax impact.
