With 7–10+ years working on tangible goods in manufacturing‑driven environments, they have taken multiple products from concept through scaled production and understand how to balance customer needs with tooling, lead times, cost, quality, and regulatory realities. They will lead new product introductions from concept through commercialization, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure products are designed, launched, and scaled successfully.
