Lead and enforce 2-week lookahead planning across all field operations in coordination with Site Superintendents, proactively identifying constraints, removing roadblocks, aligning trades, and ensuring all upcoming work is fully coordinated, resourced, and ready for execution. For aerial work, coordinate pole-owner approvals, make-ready readiness, strand and lashing or approved cable systems, aerial duct where specified, required clearances, and riser transitions.
