General Accountability: The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, procuring and managing the supply of equipment, materials and services required for plant operations, drilling, construction, maintenance, and ongoing site activities. Work Environment and Physical Demands: Primarily office-based procurement work, but may require site visits (warehouse, yard, field) to coordinate deliveries, review equipment and engage with vendors on-site.
