Assist in the operations of GME, Physician, and/or Staff IT solution trainings with support teams Partners with the Director, external vendors, and internal development teams to provide solutions and support options to physicians and hospitals Assists the Director in the development of the budget and develops project cost estimates for division and/or facilities Manages internal service level agreements (SLA's) and ensures service level agreements with vendors are met Proactively manages vendor support and maintenance agreements and renewals as assigned. SUPERVISES (varies by division): Consulting Provider Solutions Specialist, Sr Provider Solutions Specialist, Provider Solutions Specialist II, Provider Solutions Specialist, Assoc Provider Solutions Specialist GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, lead, and foster relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, business operations colleagues and practices, internal teams, vendors, and referring hospital leadership.
