The Roof Lead is responsible for ensuring quality and safe practices for all work performed on the PV array (roof or ground mount).  </div><div branch  </li><li>Loading and unloading company vehicle with project materials  </li><li>Loading and unloading materials to and from the roof/structure being installed on  </li><li>Assemble all roof components in an efficient and safe manner  </li><li>Performall PV electrical work independently or under direct supervision.  </li><li>Perform ground and final wire electrical work both independently and under direct supervision  </li><li>Providing direction and task assignment for all work performed at the PV array (roof or ground mount)  </li><li>Updating and maintaining constant communication with the crew lead onsite  </li><li>Install projects adhering to Freedom Forever plan sets  </li><li>Flashing penetrations as needed to ensure project quality  </li><li>Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with Freedom Forever policies, applicable codes (Ex:  NFPA-70, IRC, IFC, CA-T24, etc.).  </li><li>Strictly follow all Freedom Forever safety regulations and policies  </li><li>Follow all direction given by senior members of the crew  </li><li>Provide recommendations for efficiency and compliance gains through appropriate channels  </li><li>Ensure customer
