The Construction Project Manager will work on behalf of Parsons and the client with responsibilities including: Serve as the Owner's Representative and primary point of contact for assigned capital improvement projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. Oversee startup, commissioning, testing, training, substantial completion, final acceptance, warranty administration, and project closeout activities, including review of as-built drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, turnover packages, and final project documentation.
