Required Skills Knowledge of subsurface and surface land practices, oil and gas leases and lease maintenance, title, mineral ownership, JOAs, right-of-way disciplines, acreage trades, easements, access agreements, surface damage settlements, and oil and gas development operations. This role negotiates and secures subsurface-related agreements, oil and gas leases, joint operating agreements, joint venture, and partnership agreements while serving as a trusted liaison among mineral owners, regulatory agencies, internal operations teams, and legal partners.
