Ardor offers guaranteed weekly per diems even during approved time off, double-time pay between the facility guarantee and 40 hours when applicable, Day 1 medical/dental/vision, weekly pay, travel and licensing assistance, referral bonuses and dedicated recruiter support. This position works primarily with an adult and geriatric rehabilitation population , helping patients improve strength, mobility and functional independence following hospitalization, surgery, illness or injury.
