Operational & Facility Oversight: Maintain classroom and masonry laboratory shop spaces, including the upkeep of assigned training equipment, mortar mixers, masonry saws, scaffolding units, hand/power tools, materials (bricks, blocks, stone, sand, cement), and shop management software, providing for the security of facilities, and maintaining safe, organized, and clean working conditions. Advanced Experience: Four (4) years of relevant industry experience as a Masonry Foreman, Lead Mason, or Construction Supervisor, including advanced experience with commercial masonry building systems, estimation, and site safety programs.
