Maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment -Developing a teamlike atmosphere that encourages instructors to collaborate and learn from each other -Implementation of team building activities that lead to employee retention Work closely with SwimLabs Operations Manager on many business related duties including, but not limited to: -Recruiting, selecting, and converting prospective applicants into SwimLabs Instructors -Scheduling training, classes, staff availability, and on-going education Desired Qualifications -Strong organizational skills -Interpersonal skills -Coached for a minimum of 2 years -Effective communication skills -Passionate about swimming -Background in swimming -Undergraduate degree preferred . -Promotes continuing education and development of instructors -Communication of training provided by Corporate or development of material needed by local staff -Should have knowledge of current competitive swimming techniques Poolroom and Equipment Room Management: Management of all poolroom and equipment room operations including ongoing maintenance, cleaning, and chemical usage.
