Additionally, the following physical abilities are required: balancing, climbing, crawling, crouching, feeling, fingering, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, mental acuity, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motions, speaking, standing, stooping, visual acuity, and walking. This position performs skilled heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting work on City facilities under the supervision of the Assistant Construction Manager.
