Working closely with executive leadership, project management, subcontractors, vendors, and Government stakeholders, this role extends beyond schedule development and maintenance to actively manage project performance through integrated cost, schedule, forecasting, progress measurement, and risk analysis, identifying emerging issues, assessing impacts, and driving corrective actions to achieve project objectives. The Lead Project Controls Manager/Scheduler will develop and manage the project''s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including resource and cost loading, while monitoring project health, cost exposure, schedule performance, cash flow, payment status, procurement risks, and forecasted outcomes.
