Role Accountability: The Production Engineer is accountable for maximizing plant availability and capacity utilization, serving as the primary leader for assigned assets, leading Potential Business Interrupter evaluations, analyzing production losses, prioritizing reliability risks, developing outage and turnaround scope, coordinating asset improvement strategies, leading assigned small-capital projects, managing mechanical integrity risks, and verifying that corrective actions deliver the intended operational results. Analyze lost-production data, equipment reliability, and repair frequency to identify bad actors, quantify production impact, prioritize improvement opportunities, coordinate development and implementation of corrective actions, and verify resulting improvements in production and asset availability.
